Hoosier Racing Tire has introduced a new symmetrical tread pattern design and profile right rear sprint car tire. The symmetrical design allows the tire to be unmounted, flipped, or rotated to prolong tire life. 
The new tire design is available in Medium and the new D15A compound, which is slightly firmer than the old H15 compound. 

With a new tread design, there will be a learning period. Currently, racers are running the tire with the factory grooving pattern. Some have added grooves on the outer shoulders to help sweep away loose dirt and give the tire more edges for traction.
